Fitness to the Next Level

Today was Day 1 of taking my fitness to another level and focus on improving balance, working with Dr. Bob Donatelli, Ph.D, PT in Vegas. I thought my balance was pretty darn good. Guess not, after several tests, balance is way beyond standing on one foot! Ha! I Also learned that my hips are horribly weak! I am looking forward to seeing an increase in club-head speed after our program. I also look forward to sharing this information with my students!
